At Zafferano America, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new glassware or lighting does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Zafferano packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
